After you submit the completed form, and provide the ketubah text details, a proof will be sent to you for you to review before it is sent to print.
The client is responsible for proof reading the ketubah text before approving it for printing. Ketubata is not responsible for replacing approved texts, should any mistakes be found after the client has made the final approval and it has been printed.
For non-rush orders, the Ketubah will be shipped 4-6 weeks after you approve the final Ketubah text. For rush orders, the Ketubah will be sent within the specified deadline.
Standard shipping takes up to 10 working days and your item will be tracked, for your convenience.
Ketubata cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged mail. In the unlikely event of the ketubah being damaged or lost, we will work with you to file a claim for reimbursement from the courier.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or extra fees related to the shipment.
Matting and framing are the responsibility of the buyer - your ketubah will arrive without a matt or a frame.
Please note that light burn marks may sometimes be visible due to the laser cut process.
Ketubata is not responsible for any delays due to customs, security, weather-related delays etc.
